Data-Driven Culture

  • Democratise Data - Provide self-service systems so every individual in the company can make data-driven decisions
  • Rapidly Experiment at Scale - Give access to the necessary infrastructure and framework for the teams to run experiments at scale. For example, an A/B Testing framework which allows teams to define an experiment and define a statistically significant number of users in a given user cohort, on which an experiment has to run. The framework should ensure that when the experiment is live, the user cannot be part of any other experiment.
